On Cancelation, any Advance* paid towards booking amount towards Riverside 1 & 2 bed room villa, Deluxe Cottage, Standard Cottage OR Bunker Cottage will not be refunded,

In the meantime, Resort Management will issue a Credit Note which is valued for 1year form the booking Date.

Any advance Paid towards Food OR Rides is strictly not refundable.

* Generally 100% Advance will be taken as Booking Amount towards Room Charges.
