• Extension of stay beyond checkout time and date is chargeable and is permitted subject to availability.
• While every effort is made to have rooms ready for arrival, occasionally waiting for rooms may be required especially for morning arrivals
• Reservations will be held for up to 02 hours from the stated time of arrival. In case no arrival details are provided the hotel reserves the right to release the rooms at 1800 hrs.
• Cancellations have to be made 48 hours before arrival to give the hotel sufficient time to resell the rooms. Retention is chargeable equivalent to one day's tariff and taxes for cancellations within 24 hrs and no-shows.
