General information:

24 hrs Hot water facility and power back up will be available at the resort.

Guests are strictly prohibited from using the River under the influence of alcohol.

PLEASE NOTE

If any guest is found with unruly behaviour/disturbing other guest/creating nuisance, the resort staff will stop serving them. And if the behavior goes beyond our control the guest will be asked to leave the resort without any refund of amount. Any damages caused to the resort property by the guest/team will be held responsible and charged for the same. Safety and hygiene will be taken care at the resort without any compromise.

We request all our guests and clients to follow our payment terms and condition as follows. For the package, 50% advance must be made during the time of booking and the balance amount during the check-in by cash.
